Property Management
Our service includes but is not limited to:
  • Property inspections with photos & reports, photos and report kept and filed for history and reference 
  • Regular appraisal of rental trends
  • Careful screening of tenants
  • Weekly/fortnightly collection of rent and disbursement of funds electronically to your accounts fortnightly or monthly, collection of bond monies
  • Organising & overseeing cleaning of your property (if required), with our own cleaners (if available), and making sure your property is advertised for re-leasing in a timely manner
  • Organising & overseeing property maintenance when needed
  • Advising clients of best lease terms
  • Paying associated bills such as rates and insurance (premiums when required)
